Elka Parveva-Kern

Senior Project Manager, Economic Law and Policy/Project Management Office

Elka Parveva-Kern is a Senior Project Manager in IISD’s Economic Law and Policy Program/ Project Management Office. She previously worked with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Nairobi, Kenya, and with the German Foundation for International Legal Co-operation (IRZ) in Bonn, Germany, where she provided operational and financial management and support for small- to large-scale projects funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Justice of Germany. Elka has also worked as a translator, interpreter, and language instructor.
